CafePress earns you money
If you are creative, and even just a bit savvy with the Internet, then it is simple and easy for you to make a fortune at CafePress.com! You just make designs, send them to the CafePress website, and then pple come buy your design, whichis printed in tee shirts, coffee mugs, mouse pads, bags, clothing of al kinds (e.g. baby / newbor onesies, bibs, sweatchirts, hoodies, long sleeve, short sleeve, etc.) you get the picture. Here is the process:
First, you start a free account at cafepress.com
Next, you decide how you'll do your designs. Options are 1)create the art on classic media, such as painting, drawing with pencils, and the like; then scanning your artwork with your scanner. Or, 2)create your art using a program on your computer. Programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Jasc Paintshop, gImp, even the simple Paint program included in Microsoft Windows can be used to create the design. Whichever method you use, your art must end up in an electronic format, such as a .JPG pciture file.
Next, your design is uploaded to CafePress.com into your account.
Next, you choose which design will be printed on which products. For instance, you can make one design that is inly printed on coffee mugs, or you can have that one design be printed on every type of clothing, accessory, toy, gadget, and item that CafePress has available... the choice is yours.
Next, you choose how much you want to "mark up" the items. You choose how much profit you make on each item by setting this mark up as low or high as you want to.
Next, buyers purchase your designed products.
Finally, you receive a check in the mail. It really is simple, and once you do it a few times, it becomes second nature. I make $hundreds of dollars a month for designs that were created a long time ago, they just keep earning money. *Important: When you create your items, be cure to be as descriptive as possible in the Item Description, and to be as accurate and descriptive as possible when choosing a Title for the items. These are key to getting your products found. |

With this intel you need to emphasise more on how easy CP is to use for any artist or designer or even just housewives who can use a computer and want to earn some extra pocket money.
You could also point out the other great PODs like printfection.com, zazzle.com and artsnow.com
